About the Brewery
Otobe Winery was founded in 1976, and its wines made with European grape varieties harvested on its own farm are highly praised by drinkers. The region has three major factors suitable for grape production: a warm climate, long daylight hours typical of northern countries, and temperature differences between day and night, and these regional characteristics make it possible to produce high-quality wine. The main brands are ``Otobe Jozo Wine'' and ``Mr. Genghis Khan,'' and the annual production volume is 25,000 bottles. The total area of our fields is 10ha, and the altitude is 80-110m.
