About the Brewery
Nakano Sake Brewery's creed for sake brewing is ``Luxurious creation, Luxury of deliciousness.'' In order to achieve luxurious taste, the materials must also be luxurious. Therefore, it is very important to select and procure ingredients that match the concept of each alcoholic beverage. For example, Handago's koji rice uses Wakasui, a rice suitable for sake brewing that is carefully grown by local farmers in Aichi, and we are very particular about the selection of ingredients. It goes without saying that it is important to hone the brewing techniques that make the most of these ingredients. For deliciousness and luxury, we spare no effort in everything. That's our sake brewing.
