About the Brewery
Tomita Sake Brewery is a long-established sake brewery located in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture that has been brewing sake while preserving traditions that have been going on since the Edo period. We value sake brewing that is rooted in the region, and use locally grown sake rice and Mt. Ibuki's spring water to brew sake that highlights the uniqueness of the region.
As its name suggests, the signature brand ``Shichibonyari'' has a strong and sharp taste, and is highly rated as a drink to accompany meals. Our skilled brewers and brewers work together to continue the careful preparation that spares no effort. We are also actively taking on new challenges, and our sake brewing that balances tradition and innovation has spread our name from our hometown to the whole country and even overseas.
