About the Brewery
Kiyoto Sake Brewery, a small handcrafted sake brewery located in Toyama, only five brewers work diligently to brew sake despite the limited annual production. Until now, and from now on, we will continue to pursue unique tastes that cannot be produced through mass production, while maintaining small-scale production. The taste of this sake, which has been described as a ``sake that reveals true luxury,'' comes from careful handicrafts and an attitude that respects tradition. In Toyama, we proudly continue our journey as a "small sake brewery" and deliver sake that touches your heart.
