Abe Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery located in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, founded in 1804. Since our founding, we have continued to inherit tradition while always seeking innovation in our sake brewing. What the brewery values is the attitude of ``enjoying fermentation.'' Driven by intellectual curiosity, the brewers enjoy sake brewing without sparing any time or effort. As a result, we aim to create products that are "overwhelmingly delicious" and strive every day to improve quality and taste.
