Kameizumi

Kameizumi Sake Brewery is a sake brewing company located in Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture. Since our founding, we have continued to produce sake that takes advantage of the characteristics of the land, using clean spring water from the Shikoku Mountains and locally produced sake rice. The name comes from the ancient spring "Kamenoi" near the storehouse. Their signature product, ``CEL-24 Junmai Daiginjo,'' has a fruity apple-like aroma and soft sweetness, and is loved by many sake lovers. Kameizumi Sake Brewery has a reputation for unique sake brewing using its own unique yeast, and continues to pursue sake with new flavors. Kameizumi Sake Brewery, which produces sake that combines tradition and innovation in harmony with the local nature, is attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a sake brewery that embodies the charm of Kochi.
