Takachiyo Sake Brewery is a sake brewing company located in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. Since our founding, we have continued to brew sake rooted in the region, taking advantage of the natural blessings cultivated in the snowy region of Uonuma. The sake made from this area's famous water and high-quality rice is widely known as ``Takachiyo.'' In particular, the ``Junmai No Adjustment'' series is characterized by the strong flavor of rice and firm acidity, and is praised as a sake that is easy to pair with meals. In addition, Takachiyo's signature product, unfiltered unprocessed sake, is a masterpiece with freshness and strength.
