About the Brewery
At Kato Kippei Shoten, which has continued to maintain the traditional hand-made sake brewing method since its founding, the only three ingredients used to make ``Bon'' sake are rice, rice malt, and water. Although we do not add any additives and cannot mass-produce, our philosophy is to continue producing sake that is gentle on the body and delicious to the heart. This attitude has been inherited from our predecessors and is reflected in our careful sake brewing.
