Dewazakura

Founded in 1892 by the first generation, Seijiro Nakano, Dewazakura Sake Brewery continues to uphold its locally rooted, quality-first sake brewing. In 1980, they released their signature sake, ``Oka Ginjo Sake.'' This sake was born out of a desire to spread the appeal of ``Ginjo sake,'' which at the time was only known for use at competitions, and this sake contributed to the popularization of ginjo sake. In 1997, in order to convey the wonders of Ginjo sake to other countries, we began exporting it, and currently have sales channels in over 25 countries. We will continue to expand our business to carefully brew high-quality sake by hand and deliver it to customers both domestically and internationally.
