Nanyo Jozo is a sake brewery based in Saitama Prefecture. Since our founding, we have valued sake brewing that is rooted in the region, and have provided sake that combines tradition and innovation. It is characterized by careful preparation using carefully selected rice and water, and the techniques of the master brewer.

As its name suggests, the representative brand ``Haregiku'' has a gorgeous and plump taste, and is loved by many sake lovers. Recognized for its thorough commitment to quality and sake brewing that touches the hearts of its drinkers, it is well-known not only locally but nationwide.
