Hocca Winery is located in the Shonai Plains of Yamagata Prefecture, and is a winery that takes advantage of the rich blessings of nature to brew wine and cider. Established in 2021 with local farmers, we are engaged in winemaking that brings out the original characteristics of grapes and the flavor of Yamagata Prefecture apples to the fullest in an environment surrounded by majestic mountains and the clear waters of the Akagawa River. Our craftsmen appreciate nature, work hard to make wine with pride and sincerity, and aim to create fruit wines that bring happiness to the people who drink them.
