NIKI Hills Winery is a winery founded in Niki Town, Hokkaido in 2014 with the aim of revitalizing the region. In 2015, we started making wine in collaboration with local farmers, and in 2019 we also started making wine using grapes from our own fields. The vast 33-hectare site is fully equipped with a brewery, restaurant, and accommodation facilities, contributing to regional revitalization. The aim is to leverage the charm of the region and create new jobs by fusing tourism and agriculture. We also place importance on protecting the rich orchards and promoting regional agricultural revitalization.
