Camel Farm is a winery that combines the unique terroir of Yoichi, Hokkaido with Italian technology. The hedge-lined vineyards, which began in the 1980s, grow varieties such as Kerner and Chardonnay, and the cool climate produces wines with beautiful acidity. Yoichi's cool and mild climate and special topography and soil surrounded by the sea and mountains are suitable for growing grapes, giving the wine a unique flavor that can only be tasted in that region.
