Yamazaki Winery is a family-run winery established in 2002 in Mikasa City, Hokkaido. The Yamazaki family, which has been engaged in agriculture for four generations, has developed a winery business with the aim of becoming an independent farmer, with the aim of developing local agriculture and adding value to agricultural products. They grow 12 hectares of grapes on their own farm, and varieties include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery uses only grapes grown by itself and is particular about producing high-quality wine. We also aim to create a new rural culture and interact with the local community as a place where visitors can come into contact with local nature, agricultural products, and culture, and enjoy rural life.
