Memuro Winery is a winery that challenges the cultivation of European grape varieties in the rich nature of Memuro-cho, Hokkaido. In the Tokachi region, where the climate continues to be cold, we have been working on unique grape cultivation through soil preparation and the development of wintering techniques. When making wine, both farmers and winemakers cherish the belief that ``no wine can be made that exceeds the quality of the grapes,'' and they pay close attention to everything from harvest to winemaking. In addition, we carry out ``wine making for each vineyard'' that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of each vineyard, and use Asia's first high-performance destemming machine and scientific quality control to bring out the original flavor of the grapes. This winery is rooted in the ``fertile land'' of Memuro Town and aims to build the future of next-generation agriculture and wine.
