SAYS FARM is a domaine-type winery that uses 100% self-grown grapes. Our philosophy is to make beautiful wine from Hokuriku, which takes advantage of the climate of Himi in Hokuriku and incorporates the sea breeze, gentle sunlight, and winter snow into a single bottle of wine. Winery tours take you through the winery facilities and vineyards and introduce you to the winemaking process. In addition, we have established a club membership fee system and are developing initiatives to connect with the local community, such as offering wine and discounts on accommodation fees as perks.
