In April 2020, VinVie was opened as a brewery on a hill in Matsukawa town overlooking the Southern Alps, with the cooperation of apple and grape farmers. VinVie uses apples and grapes grown in its own fields to produce cider and wine that reflect the climate of southern Shinshu. Aiming to create "gentle wine that everyone can easily enjoy as part of their daily life," they strive to foster a wine and cider culture that is rooted in the region. We aim to contribute to the revitalization of the region as a tourist base and create "the story of this place" together with everyone.
