Saint Cousair Winery was established in 1990 and produces wine based on approximately 10ha of vineyards in Iizuna Town. The vignerons work in the vineyards throughout the year, and even now that old trees are becoming more prominent, they continue to improve the soil and replant seedlings, striving for the future of the wine fields. Like the monks of Burgundy, we are heading to the fields today, aiming to create a beautiful vineyard 100 years from now, with the belief that the next generation will be glad to have planted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
