The chief priest of Daizenji brews his own wine using grapes carefully cultivated within the temple grounds. This wine is made using grapes grown in Daizenji, which is also known as the birthplace of Koshu grapes, and is a product filled with the chief priest's passion. Please give it a try to commemorate your visit. Wine is sold at the kiosk in the reception hall, and quantities are limited, so we recommend purchasing your wine early. In addition, shareholders (cooperative members) bring in grapes (300kg to 400kg) grown in their own gardens, and the executives brew the grapes. When the brewery is released in March, it is a company that makes block wines that allow people to take home the amount they bring in for their own consumption, and there is no need for a tour by the general public.
