FUJIMARU is a winery that opened in central Tokyo with the motto of "bringing wine to everyday life." We value the grapes that arrive from all over Japan and the individuality of the farmers who grow them, and we also have a restaurant and tasting room run by an Italian chef. We believe that the essence of wine is ``not something to be understood, but to be interesting,'' and we are exploring the appeal of wine. Our mission is to propose wines that match the tastes of our customers, and at our wine shop, which we opened near Kuromon Market, we are particular about face-to-face sales, and our sommeliers offer wines tailored to each individual's needs. FUJIMARU's goal is to provide the food knowledge that is needed forever and not be swayed by the times, even though we experience various trends in the wine making and sales process.
