Amami Oshima Nishikawa Sake Brewery, headquartered in Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, has been manufacturing and selling brown sugar shochu and liqueurs since its founding in 1990. Our main product, ``Shima no Napoleon,'' is made with pure brown sugar as the main ingredient and natural spring water. We also offer a variety of brands, including ``Tei'', which uses unprocessed sake that has been aged for over 5 years, and ``Sun Sun Umeshu,'' which is a plum wine based on brown sugar shochu, which is rare in Japan. Tokunoshima is part of the Amami archipelago, which has a strong unique culture, and is also known as the island of longevity.
