Koba Sake Brewery is a brewery located in Sueyoshi Town, a town rich in nature on the Osumi Peninsula in Kagoshima Prefecture. Since our establishment in 1912, we have continued to produce authentic potato shochu using traditional brewing methods. The area where our storehouse is located is a place with a wide variety of nature, including lush mountain areas, rich countryside, and highlands. Koba Sake Brewery proved its capabilities by winning the highest award, the President's Award, at the Kagoshima Prefecture Honkaku Shochu Awards in 2019.
