Ookubo Sake Brewery is a long-established brewery founded in 1910, and the main ingredients, sweet potatoes and rice, are produced by the affiliated farm Tainan Farm, an agricultural production corporation, and local contract farmers. We manufacture sweet potato shochu that is safe, secure, and pursues authentic flavor using the traditional ``pot pot preparation'' method. While incorporating evolving raw materials, manufacturing technology, and the trends of the times, we protect culture and tradition and continue to innovate. We strive to produce shochu that is loved by many people with our carefully selected manufacturing methods and quality.
