Chiran Jozo is a shochu brewery founded in 1919 (Taisho 8) in Chiran-cho, Minamikyushu City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Chiran Town, famous as the Little Kyoto of Satsuma, is an area with historical heritage sites such as the Chiran Samurai Residences and the Chiran Peace Hall, and is surrounded by beautiful nature and rich culture.
