Matsuzaki Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery located in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Since our founding, we have been making shochu using traditional methods, making use of the rich local nature and carefully selected raw materials. In particular, we mainly produce potato shochu, offering a flavorful shochu that is loved by locals. At the brewery, we are particular about traditional hand-brewing methods, and by carefully preparing each product one by one, we pursue a unique flavor that cannot be found anywhere else. While preserving local culture and tradition, we continue to explore new possibilities for shochu.
