Miyamoto Sake Brewery is a traditional brewery that has been in business for over 300 years. The brewers use wooden barrels and stone chambers to make shochu by hand, without relying on thermometers. The representative brand, ``Ninth Generation,'' is characterized by a mellow texture that brings out the flavor and sweetness of the rice, and has achieved a deep flavor after being stored in jars for five years. In addition, we have a wide range of unique products such as ``9th generation Miyamoto'' aged in oak barrels and ``9th generation kamezo'' (limited shipment). In 2008, we released "Ninth Generation Yamada Nishiki", which is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki, and has become popular with many drinkers.
