Founded in 1890, Jufuku Sake Brewery continues to make shochu using atmospheric distillation. Shochu distilled under normal pressure develops a mellow, mellow flavor and a deep flavor as it ages. We use 100% locally grown new rice, and each grain is made with love and the entire process is done by hand, so we do not mass-produce and carefully finish each grain one by one. It is characterized by the subtle sweetness, rich flavor, and sharpness characteristic of rice shochu. In particular, the main brand, ``Musha Gaeshi,'' is loved by many people as a product filled with the beliefs and commitment of the brewer.
