Miyaizumi Meijo is a sake brewery based in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, and strives to produce sake that takes advantage of the local rich nature and blessed climate. Our main brand, Sharaku, has received high praise throughout Japan and is known for its delicate and mellow taste. Miyaizumi Meijo aims to create ``sake that will remain in people's hearts,'' and while preserving traditional methods, we actively incorporate new techniques and take on the challenge of ever-evolving sake brewing. As a community-based sake brewery, we value coexistence and co-prosperity with the community, and continue to provide the highest quality sake while adhering to the philosophy of local production and local consumption, such as using local rice.
