Okazaki Sake Brewery is a traditional sake brewery that has been in operation since 1665 in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. Using clear water from the Sugadaira water system and making full use of techniques cultivated over a long history, we produce sake with a rich and elegant taste. The sake, which is made using locally produced sake rice and fresh water and carefully prepared in small batches by hand, is loved by the local people. In addition, Mitsuri Okazaki, a female brewer, works hard every day to brew sake while respecting the nature of Shinshu. At a sake brewery in Yanagimachi, Ueda, you can enjoy tasting sake in a historic building, offering the taste to visitors.
