Rokka Sake Brewery's predecessor was Takashimaya Sake Brewery, which was founded in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture in 1719, and was established in 1972 by merging with Hakubai Sake Brewery and Kawamura Sake Brewery. Rokka Sake Brewery, which has a tradition of nearly 300 years, is located at the foot of Mt. Iwaki, the symbol of Tsugaru, and continues to brew sake in the rich natural environment along the Iwaki River. We respect the spirit of ``joppari'' and create sake that values ​​the taste pursued by the brewer. Our representative brand, ``Dorai,'' is made entirely from Aomori, using ingredients such as Aomori-produced rice and yeast, and natural lactic acid bacteria from the Shirakami Mountains, all produced by the climate of Tsugaru.
