Aihara Sake Brewery is a sake brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) in Nikata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Rather than aiming for mass production, we continue to focus on small-scale production in order to pursue delicious sake brewing without sparing effort. The representative brand ``Amego Tsuki'' is a sake that is inspired by the clear moon in the night sky after a rain, and aims to be ``elegant, beautiful, and transparent.'' The brewery's commitment is to brew everything using Daiginjozo, keep it refrigerated, and use the highest quality sake rice. We use high-quality rice in Japan, such as Yamada Nishiki and Aizan in the Akitsu A area of ​​Hyogo Prefecture, and Omachi in Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture. The water used for brewing is clean underground water from Mt. Noro in Seto Inland Sea National Park. Chief brewer Atsushi Horimoto continues the tradition of Hiroshima chief brewer and produces sake using the soft water brewing method.
