Matsumoto Sake Brewery was founded by Jihei Matsumoto in the 3rd year of the Kansei era, and the 11th generation, Soichiro Matsumoto, continues the tradition. Matsumoto Sake Brewery's growth is due to the support and efforts of its fans, suppliers, distributors, and employees. The chief brewer and brewer who are responsible for sake brewing are called ``sake brewers,'' and the word ``tech'' has a deep meaning. As a link between heaven and earth, our role is to turn the blessings of nature into delicious sake using technology and wisdom, and alcohol has the power to connect people. Soichiro Matsumoto, the 11th generation owner, had experience working in F1 promotional activities at Honda prior to brewing sake. Although the "engineering" of motorsports and the "engineering" of sake brewing are different industries, they have in common that they are both technologies that connect things. In this new era, Matsumoto Sake Brewery is returning to the origins of sake brewing while preserving its traditions, and continues to create sake that brings gratitude and joy to everyone.
