In addition, the company established Asahi Agricultural Research Co., Ltd., a limited company based on the philosophy of "integrated agriculture and brewing," and conducts thorough quality control from the cultivation of sake rice. By collaborating with local contract farmers and working to produce the ideal "Nihaku Ichigraku" rice suitable for sake brewing, we pursue the highest quality from raw materials.
