Hanaizumi Sake Brewery is a sake brewery based in Minamiaizu Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Since our founding in 1946 (Showa 21), we have continued to brew sake with a ``handmade spirit'' in mind. What we are particularly particular about is our unique manufacturing method called ``four-stage glutinous rice preparation'', which is characterized by the mellow and deep flavor created by using glutinous rice. In an environment blessed with the pure nature and abundant water sources of Minami Aizu, we use carefully selected sake rice and traditional techniques to carefully brew sake with great care and time. Sake, including the main brand "Hanaizumi", is loved not only locally but also widely. Hanaizumi Sake Brewery continues to challenge new possibilities for sake while working with the local community.
