Kodama Sake Brewery was founded in 1871, and the brand name ``Nagato Kikugawa'' was loved by the locals, but the aging 6th generation president, Tsuyoshi Kodama, has long since stopped making sake, and now the sake brewery is being kept alive by selling purchased sake. Construction of a new sake brewery was a new experience for us, but we worked hard and pooled our knowledge, and the new brewery was completed in December 2019.
