Kobayashi Sake Brewery, located in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1872. The company's representative brand, Houou Mita, was born in an environment supported by the beautiful rural scenery of the former Mita village and the underground water of the Nikko Mountains. Now, 150 years after its founding, the company continues to pursue high-quality Ginjo sake brewing while valuing the local climate, history, and brewer's sensibilities.
