Emoto Shoten is a long-established sake brewery based in Oita Prefecture that is rooted in the region. We manufacture unique shochu using a unique manufacturing method that takes advantage of the local natural environment and high-quality raw materials. In particular, our shochu is characterized by its deep-flavored shochu that reflects the local climate and goes well with the local food culture. While preserving tradition, we continue to take on new challenges, and have earned high praise from shochu lovers both within and outside the region.
