Kinoshita Brewery is a brewery that preserves the tradition of Kuma shochu in Taragi Town, Kumamoto Prefecture. Focusing on the brand ``Bunzo'', which bears the name of the founder, Mr. Bunzo, we value traditional manufacturing methods such as handmade koji, pot preparation, and atmospheric distillation. Although mass production is not possible, we continue to focus on making shochu with a rich aroma, richness, and rich taste. The brewery uses enamel and stainless steel tanks, tiled underground tanks, and jars to cultivate a deep flavor through long-term storage. Shochu has a simple and nostalgic aroma and is loved by many drinkers.
