Marunishi Sake Brewery, which boasts a history spanning more than 100 years, has cherished the taste since its founding and continues to maintain unchanging quality. Led by our chief brewer, Takashi Tamura, we have a spirit of exploration into new flavors and are challenging the possibilities of shochu. We use local sweet potatoes to make shochu with passion and love, even though we produce it in small quantities. The brand ``Mukashi Mukashi'' uses sweet potatoes from Osumi, and is aged for over three years in a pot. It is characterized by its elegant sweet potato aroma and soft texture.
