Le Milieu Co., Ltd. is a winery founded in 2018 by two people born in 1987. Both have gained experience in cultivation and brewing at separate wineries, and use a variety of approaches to winemaking. The company name ``Le Milieu'' means ``in the middle'' in French, and reflects the company's desire to make wine that can be placed at the center of the table and to make grape cultivation and winemaking the center of life. Utilizing the blessings of the land of Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, we pursue a deep flavor that goes beyond the price, with the concepts of "fine quality," "refined," and "delicate." The wines produced by professional sommeliers and winemakers are of the highest quality.
