Domaine Hiroki is a winery located in Ikeda-cho, Azumino, Shinshu that takes advantage of the blessed climate of the Northern Alps to produce high-quality wine. We began growing wine grapes in 2009 and have received high praise as a pioneer in the region. The founders, Mr. Yokoyama and his son, continued to take on challenges and opened their own winery in 2020. In 2021, we released our own wine. Domaine Hiroki uses a variety of grape varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Chardonnay, grown in ideal conditions such as wind blowing from the Northern Alps and well-drained fields on slopes. We produce wines with rich flavors that bring out the individuality of the grapes to the fullest. While facing the local nature, we continue to evolve step by step, aiming to produce wine that Ikeda Town can be proud of to the world.
