Domaine Creation Farm is an up-and-coming winery based in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture that handles everything from grape cultivation to winemaking. We started grape cultivation in 2019 and established a corporation in 2020. We have been working on producing wine and juice using Muscat Bailey A grown in-house, and in 2023 we finally completed construction of our own winery and began brewing. In addition to wine made from grapes grown in-house, we also handle rare domestically produced Verjus, providing high-quality products that take advantage of regional characteristics. We are also known for our commitment to quality and sustainability, having obtained the Yamanashi GAP certification and the University of Yamanashi Bachelor of Wine Science qualification. We aim to make wine that can be enjoyed together while pursuing the charm of local products.
