Yahagi Yoshu is a family-run winery that takes advantage of the rich natural environment and fertile soil of the alluvial fan in Ichinomiya Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, to brew additive-free wine. Grape cultivation began in the Taisho era, and over the generations, our passion for natural farming and environmental conservation has deepened, and today we are focusing on delivering safe and healthy wine. As part of our commitment to additive-free wine, we do not use any herbicides or chemical fertilizers, we carefully prepare the soil with organic fertilizers, and grow grapes that take full advantage of nature's blessings. Through a winemaking process that emphasizes harmony with nature, we produce unique wines that reflect the crop and climate.
