Yatsushiro Jozo uses local grapes harvested in Yatsushiro Town, Koshu, Yamanashi Prefecture, and uses traditional brewing methods to create delicious wines. It is the only company in the wine industry that has been designated as a ``Yamanashi Prefecture specialty village development promotion project'' and is a rare entity that carries out activities that emphasize local production for local consumption. Typical varieties include Koshu variety, Muscat Bailey A, Kai Blanc, Kai Noir, and Almonoir, and they are sold directly from the brewery to keep prices down. We do not have a tasting facility and continue to operate with local roots.
