Established in 1957 through a fruit growers' association, Enzan Yoshu Brewery specializes in Japanese varieties and does not cultivate or brew any European varieties. Koshu wine in particular has been highly praised for its quality, winning consecutive awards at the Japan Wine Competition. Founded in Enoyama City, Yamanashi Prefecture (currently Enoyama, Koshu City), we work to produce wine using 100% grapes grown within the prefecture in cooperation with our own farms and contract farmers. Aiming to be a company that contributes to the local community, we continue to pursue wines that are unique to Japanese varieties.
