Takeda Winery is located on a south-facing hill near the Yamagata Kaminoyama Hot Spring Village at the foot of the Zao Mountain Range.Since its opening in 1920, Takeda Winery has maintained the motto "Good wine comes from good grapes." We are brewing. After spending 20 years improving the soil, they cultivate grapes using natural farming methods on their 15-hectare farm. We grow high-quality varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay in hedges. All processes are carried out at our own winery, from hand-picking to bottling.
