Hokkaido SPACE Winery is a shared winery that supports Japanese winemaking. While many of the new wineries in Japan, which are increasing in number, are faced with high equipment costs and a lack of knowledge, this facility reduces equipment investment risk by sharing brewing equipment and provides support from experienced brewers.
