Iinuma Honke, which brews Koshi Masamune, is a sake brewery in Shisui, Chiba Prefecture with a history of over 300 years. While aiming to create a ``high-quality countryside'' sake brewery, we do not limit ourselves to tradition, but always look ahead to the future. Focusing on compatibility with Japanese food, we strive to create sake that is delicious to drink while eating. Aiming to create sake that is loved by the younger generation, we are promoting sake brewing that is in line with the new era by entrusting the field to young brewers. We continue to take on challenges every day, with the desire to spread the charm of our hometown, Shisui, along with the name of Koshi Masamune.
