The owner places emphasis on quality and produces high-quality sake using Hida specialty sake rice such as ``Hidahomare''. Our ``Special Pure Rice Sake ``Hikiri,'' which uses our own rice milling and underground water, has been particularly praised for its subtle sweetness and aroma that go well with dishes.
