Isojiman Sake Brewery is a sake brewery based in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and is known for producing high-quality sake using the famous local water ``Abe River Water System''. Since our founding, we have pursued sake that combines the blessings of nature and craftsmanship, and our ``Iso Jiman'' in particular has received high praise for its smooth and mellow taste.
